I know we all think of garters as accessories girls wear for special occasions such as: weddings, formals, etc. But Swan Clothing just came out with a whole bunch of cute garters to be attached to any sock of your choice. Al though I prefer thigh highs you can wear these garters with whatever you like! Here are a few pictures :
